Information and worth knowing<\/h2>\n

Arrival \/ Departure:<\/h3>\n

On the day of arrival, your hotel room will be ready from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 am.
\nIf you wish to depart later, we are happy to store your luggage at our reception.
\nHotel bills can be settled in cash, by EC card, or with all major credit cards.<\/p>\n

For loading and unloading, you may use our driveway at the rear entrance of the castle.
\nParking spaces there are reserved exclusively for guests with disabilities.
\nFor regular parking, please use our main parking lot in front of the castle.
\nAll parking spaces are free of charge.<\/p>\n

Train:<\/h3>\n

If you arrive or depart by train, we can arrange a free transfer to\/from the \u201cWeizern-Hopferau\u201d train station upon request. Please contact reception in advance if you wish to use this service.
\nWith the Hopferau guest card, all journeys on public transport within the greater Ostallg\u00e4u region are free of charge.
\nPlease ask at reception for details if you would like to use this service.<\/p>\n

Complaints:<\/h3>\n

If anything does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will, of course, do our best to accommodate your wishes.<\/p>\n

Library:<\/h3>\n

A small selection of books is available in our library in the Knights\u2019 Hall on the second floor.
\nPlease note that this room may not be accessible during events.<\/p>\n

Additional wool or feather blankets are available free of charge from our housekeeping team or at reception.<\/p>\n

Toiletries:<\/h3>\n

Complimentary toiletries for daily use are provided in the bathroom, such as soap, shower gel, body lotion, and cotton pads. Toothbrushes are available on request at reception.<\/p>\n

Entrance Door:<\/h3>\n

In the evening, the main entrance door is locked.
\nWith your room key, you can access the castle at any time via the rear entrance near the staircase.<\/p>\n

As a guest of Schloss zu Hopferau, you may charge your electric vehicle for a flat fee of \u20ac15 per charging session.
\nThere are two Tesla Destination Chargers and one universal charging station located behind the castle.<\/p>\n

Bicycles:<\/h3>\n

You may store your bicycles free of charge and safely in our lockable bicycle and motorcycle garage during your stay.<\/p>\n

To help protect the environment, housekeeping replaces only towels left on the floor.

Pets:<\/h3>\n

Dogs are very welcome in our hotel. Please be considerate of other guests.
\nDogs must be kept on a leash in the hotel and restaurant areas and must not be left unattended in the room.
\nA fee of \u20ac15.00 per day is charged for dogs.<\/p>\n

Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests via the \u201cSchloss Hotspot.\u201d
\nA password is required and can be obtained at the reception.<\/p>\n

The municipality of Hopferau charges a visitor\u2019s tax of \u20ac2.10 per person per night.

Light Switches:<\/h3>\n

The corridors of the hotel wing and the bathrooms are equipped with motion sensors.
\nLights switch off automatically after approximately 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

A small sewing kit can be found in the wardrobe in your room.<\/p>\n

Smoking:<\/h3>\n

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
\nCovered smoking areas are available at the main and hotel entrances.
\nOpen flames and smoking in the rooms are strictly prohibited.
\nFailure to comply resulting in a fire brigade deployment will lead to the costs of the operation and cleaning being charged to the guest.<\/p>\n

Room Cleaning:<\/h3>\n

If you would like your room to be cleaned, please hang the \u201cPlease Clean\u201d sign on the outside of your door.
\nOur staff will then clean the room, replace towels left on the floor, change bed linen, and empty waste bins.<\/p>\n

Room Key:<\/h3>\n

Your room key provides access to the hotel wing at all times.
\nYou may leave your key at reception during the day.
\nIf you return after 6:00 pm, please keep the key with you.
